Saab made a Viggen model of the 9-3, of course, but that may not count!
We have Kawasaki Hayabusa (falcon) motorcycle and Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa fighter.
Oops, Hayabusa is Suzuki. Kawasaki motorcycle is Ninja… and yes, we have flying Ninja too! Kawasaki OH-1 helicopter is nicknamed “Ninja”.
It was the Standard Vanguard not the Vauxhall. Standard later rebranded with its Triumph nameplate- they were the Audis of their day.
Many thanks Duker for your many interesting comments, perhaps you should write an article for Hush-Kit?
What about the Lockheed C-5 v the Sinclair C-5? or the Messerschmitt 262 v Messerschmitt KR200?
